The Cheil clinic

On March 29, 2018, a South Korean delegation of specialists from the Cheil clinic visited the regional clinical hospital. Petr Dudin, the chief doctor of the hospital, met the guests. The head of the delegation, the vice-president of Cheil Hospital, Li Jong Il, his colleagues Ryu Thekhe-director of the international department of Cheil Hospital, Pak Chan U-the reproductive professor, Yun Chan Sok -professor oncologist-mammologue, highly estimated the organization of medical assistance in the Irkutsk Regional Clinical Hospital, and also presented the results of the work of their clinic.

Cheil Hospital - the largest in Korea, a multidisciplinary medical institution specializing in women's diseases, exists and successfully operates for 55 years.

In its composition has 17 departments (therapeutic, surgical, pediatric, urological, gynecological, orthopedic, psychiatric, ophthalmological, dermatological and others). The hospital provides assistance in the management of pregnancy and childbirth, the obstetrics and gynecology department is the largest in the Republic of Korea. It is the only one in the country, on the basis of which there are specialized units of perinatal medicine, infertility and reproductive endocrinology, oncogynecology and gynecologic endoscopy. In the gynecological department of Cheil, 300,000 patients receive medical care every year, with the use of IVF technology about 4000 children are born.

The head physician of the IGBC GBU Peter Dudin and the head of the delegation, Li Jong Il, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the results of the meeting, in order to strengthen ties and develop medical technologies between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. The Memorandum contains provisions on the organization of joint internships in the field of medicine, training of personnel at the international level, organization of joint seminars on the exchange of experience, international support to patients, exchange of medical technologies.
